To make this print the artist carved the image out of a linoleum block and then carefully inked and hand pressed onto wood. Using oil-based ink and finishing with a handmade wood frame, you are sure to enjoy your art for years to come. Each print will have unique marks of the handmade process. This makes every image an original. They are signed by the artist.

Amanda Black is the owner and artist behind Black Loon Studio. She runs the print studio out of her home near St. Paul, Minnesota. The summer months have always been spent camping at state parks or visiting lakeside cabins. Enjoying outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, campfires, and simply reading in the sunshine have become a peaceful escape from busy weekday life. These experiences also fuel the designs which are rooted in nature.
